CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective 30 days after we post the revised Terms (indicated by updating the date at the top). It is your responsibility to check for changes. If you continue to use the Service after the revised Terms go into effect, you have accepted the changes.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

WearMAInd integrates with third-party services including AI providers, payment processors, and fashion retail platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to read them before use.

CREATING ACCOUNTS

When you create an account, you agree to maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access to your data. If you discover or suspect any security breach, please contact us immediately at privacy@wearmaind.ai.

YOUR CONTENT & CONDUCT

Our Service allows you to upload and submit content including personal style preferences, wardrobe photos, mood inputs, and other fashion-related information ("User Content"). You are responsible for the content you make available, including its legality and appropriateness.

When you submit User Content, you grant WearMAInd Pte. Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including generating personalised style recommendations for you. We will not sell your individual content to third parties.

You retain all rights to your User Content.

You can delete your content at any time from your account settings. Once deleted, it will no longer be visible in the Service; however, copies may remain in our backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion. Server access logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.

You may NOT post or make available any content that is:

- Libelous, defamatory, bigoted, fraudulent, or deceptive

- Illegal or unlawful

- Infringing on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property right

- Spam or unsolicited commercial messages

- Private information of any third party (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, financial details)

- Viruses, corrupted data, or harmful code

You also agree NOT to:

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users

- Impersonate any person or entity

- Collect personal information about other users or harass them

- Create an account if you are under 13 years of age

- Attempt to circumvent any security measures or rate limits

AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS

WearMAInd uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised style recommendations, outfit suggestions, and fashion insights ("AI Recommendations"). These recommendations are generated based on your inputs and are for personal style guidance only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or availability of any product or brand featured in AI Recommendations. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change by third-party retailers.

WEARMAIND MATERIALS

All designs, text, graphics, pictures, and other content in the Service (excluding your User Content) are owned by WearMAInd Pte. Ltd. or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you the right to use it for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service only.

You may not: publicly display or perform the Service; modify or create derivative works; use data mining or scraping methods; reverse engineer the Service to build a competitive product; or use the Service outside its intended purpose. Violation may result in termination of your access.

HYPERLINKS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

You may create a hyperlink to the Service, but may not frame or enclose our trademarks or logos without our express written consent.

WearMAInd Pte. Ltd. accepts no responsibility for third-party websites linked from the Service. When you leave the Service, these Terms no longer apply.

We do not review or verify all user-submitted content and make no representations regarding its accuracy or completeness. You assume all risk from reliance on any content in the Service.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WEARMAIND PTE. LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT WILL WEARMAIND PTE. LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WEARMAIND PTE. LTD. IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold WearMAInd Pte. Ltd. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

We take intellectual property rights seriously. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated. To report a copyright infringement, please contact privacy@wearmaind.ai with the subject line "Copyright Complaint."

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that the courts of Singapore shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service. If you are accessing the Service from the United States, you acknowledge these Terms are governed by Singapore law and consent to Singapore court jurisdiction.

You and WearMAInd Pte. Ltd. agree not to bring any class action or representative proceeding against each other.

TERMINATION

If you breach any of these Terms, we have the right to suspend or disable your access to the Service. We will endeavour to notify you where reasonably practicable.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WearMAInd Pte. Ltd. regarding your use of the Service.

FEEDBACK

When you provide feedback, comments, or suggestions about the Service, you irrevocably assign to WearMAInd Pte. Ltd. all rights in that feedback.
